Anam is a PhD student at the University of California, Santa Barbara. After graduating with a BA in Environmental Analysis from Pomona College, Anam worked first for the Doris Duke Conservation Scholars Program at the University of Washington, and then for the Climate Impacts Group. In both roles, as a facilitator, coordinator, and researcher Anam found meaning and passion for learning, teaching, and organizing with others. He plans to continue studying political economy and environmental justice in California, South Asia, and globally.
