Justin
Dodds
Justin Dodds comes to MAGIS from the mountains of Colorado. As a native of that state, he graduated from CU Boulder with a double major in Political Science and Environmental Studies.
At his heart, Justin is an activist. He observes a dire need for responsibility
in human development and when he envisions his future, he sees himself working
to build viable solutions to the world’s escalating international problems.
As a lover of our planet and its cultures, Justin has always been intellectually
drawn to global questions and he looks to MAGIS to further his understanding
of these complex, intriguing, and vitally important issues. His research
consistently emphasizes the interconnections between the various global players
that create the macro-scale picture of our international community. Through
MAGIS, Justin hopes to not only strengthen his awareness but also his voice.
Justin choose to do the Education Abroad Program (EAP) in China and attended intensive language courses at Beijing Normal University in the summer, and continuing in classes at the Fudan University in the fall in Shanghai.
