I have an exciting summer planned out after
a wonderful graduation in S.B. In a few days I'm traveling
to Costa Rica for 12 days. I'm fortunate to be going with
a small group of friends from my home town of Dana Point Ca.
Mid-summer I'm going to be flying to the east coast, which
I have never seen before. I will be visiting Ottawa Canada,
driving to Boston, and then down to New York City and see
the aftermath of Sep. 11th and what is being rebuilt in place
of the World Trade Center. Also, near the end of summer, I'm
going to be driving as much of the United States as I can,
until my $ runs out. I am very excited to be traveling to
the places that I've learned about in books and in class.
I hope, I know, this is just the beginning of much more adventures
in life and I plan to use what I've learned and make some
wise decisions. The choice to become a Global Studies major
was one of the most important choices I've made and I wouldn't
change it for anything!
